  • There is no recreation facility for adults or kids but it has huge area best for walking and enjoy the beauty of forest landscape.
  • Canteen serves bottled mineral water or spring water no RO plant is there at this forest rest house.
  • In rooms Solar Powered Led lamp are offered for light which are charged every day basis so it is suggested to carry a 20000 MAH power bank with light stick or camp light.
  • There is no separate smoking or non smoking room type but cross ventilation makes sure one can breathe fresh air any time.
  • There is no laundry service means carry extra pair of shirts and trousers.
  • There is no intercom in rooms so no scope of room service or order from rooms is nil.
  • No baby sitting facility means one have take care of their infants and toddlers better guest come with their maid.
  • All the supply for canteen comes from Ramnagar which is around 40 kilometers from gairal canteen so carry your food essentials with you or cake of any celebration.
  • Guest can use padlock to secure their rooms but do not leave cash or valuables at rooms.
  • There is no locker room at Gairal Forest rest House.So enter in dhikala with minimum valuables.
  • There is no wheelchair so kindly carry your own if required.
  • As nearest hospital is around 2 hours drive from Gairal Forest Rest House kindly carry essential medicine with you(medicine for stomach disturbance, fever, vomiting, headache, etc).
  • There are variety of trees at Gairal Forest Rest House many colorful birds spend hours on these trees, to get a up close view of these exotic birds it is suggested to carry binoculars.
  • If people have problems of acute asthma,spinal problem, or pregnant or any other disorder of disease which demands immediate medical attention it is suggested to them to not stay inside national park
  • There is negligible mobile connectivity at gairal forest rest house although when one is going for jeep safari guest may find certain points where mobile signal strength is good so it is always suggested to guest to divert their call when they are coming to stay at gairal forest rest house
